FOUNTAINVILLE, LLC may process information you provide in property-related communications, including contact information, property details and message content, to respond to inquiries and administer residential property management services. Service communications take place by SMS between landlords and tenants. The reply-YES SMS consent method is explained on our SMS Consent page.

SMS information

Where you provide consent in response to an SMS consent request, your mobile number and consent information are used to support the service messages described at enrollment. You may withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP. Reply HELP for support.

Sharing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Other personal information may be provided to operational service providers or disclosed when required by law.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Retention and protection

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide property-related services, respond to requests, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and type of record. SMS opt-in and opt-out records are retained as needed to document communication preferences and honor opt-out requests. When information is no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or de-identified.

Our information-handling policy calls for reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access limited to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need, and care when handling contact information and service messages. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by SMS. This website does not contain a phone-number submission form or use analytics or tracking cookies.
